We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of private events, group dining experiences, and special activations.

The ideal candidate is both creative and organized — someone who thrives on crafting memorable experiences that reflect the restaurant’s identity and CHG’s standards of service. You will be the bridge between our guests and our team, ensuring every event embodies warmth, precision, and hospitality.

Compensation Details

$45,000 - $58,000 yearly salary + booking commissions

Physical Demands:

  • Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries

  • Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget.

  • Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Service Team to coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics.

  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans.

  • Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.

  • Ensure all events are executed to CHG standards — polished, on time, and guest-focused.

  • Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting.

  • Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow event opportunities.
